- To assist all current and prospective real estate Vendor Financiers
to make a decision about their need (or not) to register for the
Australian Credit Licence (ACL).
- To assist those Vendor Financiers who decide that Australian Credit Licence is appropriate for their business we have some training that may help available.
- To assist Vendor Financiers prepare for their full ACL application.
- To assist Vendor Financiers attain the Certificate IV in Financial
Services.
- To assist Vendor Financiers with their full ACL application
- To assist Vendor Financiers setup office processes that are compliant
with the requirements of their ACL.
- To assist Vendor
Financiers ensure they setup their evaluation of potential
buyers/borrowers as required by the new National Credit Code.
- To ensure VF Industry specific Continuing Professional Development
courses are made available to VF ACL holders and representatives.
